Shift-Right

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shift-Right mobile application ("App") operated by Shift-Right ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The App is intended for business use — workforce scheduling and shift management.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@shiftright.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Shift-Right offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, Business).
• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Lemon Squeezy.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• To cancel, contact us at support@shiftright.app or manage your subscription through the App's billing settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or sublicense access to the App without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Shift-Right and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of data you create within the App (schedules, availability, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@shiftright.app.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Shift-Right is a scheduling tool — we are not responsible for decisions made by managers or organizations based on the App's output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shift-Right shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
